Our Hotel does not take payments over the phone, nor will ever contact you without previous reservation or request from you.

Check-IN information:
Check IN time: From 4PM
Check OUT time: Until 11AM

If you have any special request or you will need a late check in (after 7PM), please let us know in advance.
Late Check-Out until 1 PM, based on availability, has an extra cost of £25.

A valid photo ID and an incidental deposit of £50 are required at check-in.
The deposit must be made using a physical debit or credit card.
We are unable to accept Maestro cards, pre-paid cards, or cash for this purpose.
Please note that liability for any damages is not limited to the £50 deposit.
Any additional charges for damages or losses will be collected from the card provided.
By staying with us, you agree to these terms.
The deposit will be processed as a pending transaction.
It will automatically be cancelled and removed from your account once your bank's processing period has ended:
AMEX: Up to 10 working days
Visa (UK accounts): Up to 10 working days
MasterCard and non-UK (international) accounts: up to 30 days

Breakfast:
All our reservations include Complimentary Morning Bliss Continental Breakfast every day of your stay.
Serving Time:
Monday to Friday: 7am until 9am ​
Saturday and Sunday: 8am until 10am

Parking:
Please be aware that our car park is free but it is subject to availability and we do not make parking reservations.
If the car park is full you can always park on the street since there are no restrictions.

Extra Pillows and/or Hair dryer can be requested at Reception.

Cancellation Policies:
Our free cancellation period is up to 48 hours before your arrival date.
If you need to cancel within those 48 hours we will only charge the first night per room as a cancellation fee.
If you cancel on your arrival date or no show, we will charge the full amount for this reservation.
If you would like to modify reservation dates on your arrival date, we will request advance payment of the reservation and the booking will become Non-Refundable.
Please be advised that advance payment reservations will be non-refundable and are considered final.
Changes to reservation dates will not be possible.

Cancellation Policies for Group Reservations (more than 3 rooms):
If your reservation is for a Group, we will require advance payment of 25% of the total cost of the reservation as a non-refundable deposit for the confirmation of the reservation.
This deposit will be deducted from the cost and only outstanding balance will be charged on arrival.
If you are a Travel Agent and you are providing full payment, we will take the payment 2 days before the arrival date.

No Smoking Policy
All our rooms are strictly non-smoking. A £100 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest found smoking in the room.
