I can't rate the staff at the hotel enough, we had a large group, turned up super early, checked in super late, but nothing was too much trouble. Let us get changed, took group pics and just always said yes with a smile. Someone even carried my bags to my room which was the other end of the carpark. This was one of the best experiences i've had, we will definitely stay again next year.

2nd stay here for a football match trip, cheap, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to ground, plenty of takeaways nearby.

Nice comfy clean room. Very quiet. Lounge area, bar and pool room are lovely. Staff are incredibly accommodating and are the heart of the hotel. We have a loved one in the icu at the liverpool University hospital and they couldn't do more for us. They even organised toast and cereal for breakfast in the morning complimentary. I would highly recommend staying here.
